1. Open the Pivot VPN app
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom right icon)
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion in the dialog

Data that is deleted immediately:
Email address
Password
Account profile information
Device list
VPN credentials (login and password)
Subscription information
Push notification tokens
Analytics identifiers

Data that is retained:
Device identifier and traffic usage data are retained to prevent service abuse. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and is not linked to any account after deletion.

Retention period:
All personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Retained device identifier and traffic data are kept indefinitely for fraud prevention purposes.
